Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Mr. Omkar at reception. However, my check-in experience was quite frustrating due to the lack of communication among the staff, and the hotel design made it a bit inconvenient to navigate. Overall, it was a great place to stay, especially for those looking for unique themed rooms.
The hotel had a lovely pool and garden that made my stay more enjoyable, but the overall hotel experience felt average. The rooms were clean yet slightly outdated, and the staff could have been more attentive, especially during breakfast. Despite some noise issues from the corridor, the value for money is good, being about half the price of more expensive options nearby.
The hotel offers a mix of experiences. While the rooms were large and well-equipped, the service left much to be desired, especially with a lack of timely room cleaning. The dining options were inconsistent, with breakfast being particularly disappointing, but the event coordination was impressive. Overall, the hotel is suitable for business events but not ideal for leisure stays due to the service issues.
My recent stay was a mixed bag. On one hand, I loved the spacious and well-organized suite, which made our group booking quite comfortable. The location near the airport is super convenient, making travel a breeze. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, as I encountered dust and stains in various areas, and the pool access policy for guests was quite frustrating.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. I enjoyed the beautiful pool and the garden area, which were lovely spots to relax, but the overall hotel felt a bit average. The room was clean and spacious, yet some amenities didn’t work as expected. Dining was a struggle, especially during breakfast when there were significant food quality issues. Despite these letdowns, it offers reasonable value for the price, especially compared to more expensive hotels nearby.
I had a pleasant overnight stay at the hotel, which is just a short drive from T2. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a unique nature theme. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the a-la-carte menu, but the buffet was a bit too spicy for my taste. While the facilities add some entertainment options, the staycation package needs to be clearer to avoid any disappointment.
I had a beautiful experience celebrating our wedding anniversary at this boutique hotel. The spacious room offered a fantastic glacier-themed decor with a lovely view of the airport and lawn. The dining at the "White Barn" was superb, and Mr. Praveen coordinated our special arrangements wonderfully. However, I did hear some guests mention the inconsistent breakfast options in another part of the hotel, which could use improvement.
I had a pleasant experience at the hotel with neat, comfortable rooms and amazing amenities. The staff tried their best to make our stay special, especially during our celebration. However, the staycation package could definitely improve, especially regarding the dining options included. Overall, I felt disappointed with the average food variety offered, but the club facilities were a nice touch.
I had an incredible experience at this hotel, especially with its focus on providing luxurious services for special occasions. The staff went above and beyond to help me plan a surprise proposal for my girlfriend, and the proposal setup was simply stunning. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food options, and the atmosphere was perfect for a romantic evening. However, while the rooms were nice, I found some parts of the hotel a bit shabby, and the Wi-Fi could have been better in the rooms. Overall, it was a beautiful experience that we will cherish forever.
